Mark S. Baldyga
Group Chairman & CEO
Mark Baldyga is the founder and chairman of over 20 hospitality and media businesses. He financed and developed his first major business (the $40 million SandCastle) at age 24. He has completed post-graduate programs at both Harvard and Stanford Business Schools, is a board member of the Pan Asia Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and former member of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA).
Rizk Saad
Group Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Rizk Saad is responsible for development and operational oversight across all company divisions. He was formerly regional VP Operations for major 5-star hotel chains in the United States and has been with Baldyga Group for 18 years.
Hiroko Hammond
Group Vice President, Finance
Hiroko Hammond is responsible for overseeing finance and accounting for all group activities across all divisions. Ms. Hammond has extensive experience in Public Accounting with Ernst & Young. She is currently a member of AICPA, California Society of CPAs and Guam Society of CPAs. She lived and worked in Japan, Thailand, Korea, China, Taiwan California and Oregon.
Chuck McCarroll
Vice President Entertainment
Chuck McCarroll is responsible for entertainment and production services for all group companies. He brings over 30 years of experience to the team and joined BIG in 1998. He has an extensive background in theatre.
Troy Williams
Vice President, Business Development
BIG Media Division and The Visitors Channel
Troy Williams oversees business development for BIG Media, a collection of television channels, digital signage, LED billboards, an interactive hotel e-Concierge network, mobile platforms and e-ticketing systems. Mr. Williams founded the original Visitors Channel.
Tomoyuki Goto
Vice President, Sales & Marketing, BIG Tours Division
Tomoyuki Goto joined the group in April 1991 as Director of Sales for SandCastle and has risen to Vice President Sales & Marketing for BIG overseeing a team of country sales managers.
Robert Koster
Creative Director / Director of Production
Robert Koster has been working in television and online broadcasting for over 20 years. His experience spans from directing and writing, to filming and editing. Past experience includes online concerts/events with Apple and Microsoft, various documentaries, and extensive TV production in Canada, Japan and SE Asia. Robert and his creative team are responsible for production and design for The Visitors Channel and BIG MEDIA projects.
